CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

Scope of works:

* Customer Service Officers to focus on Industrial Waste Generators
* Customer service for existing customers
* To built relationship with customers


Requirements:

* Education: Technical and/or business degree
* Experience:
* Experience in dealing effectively with people at a  senior level within organization
* Experience in dealing with customer and relevant government agencies
* Previous experience in waste management industry in  capacity of sales and marketing
* Previous experience in developing and managing contract
* Computer Literate : Computer literacy
* Language : Good communication skills in English


Other qualification:

* Documentation and reporting of dealings with costumers   and to be able to work using with SAP, AFR Connect (as super user).
* Working knowledge of environmental of hazardous sustains regulation
* Waste management business process knowledge
* Good inter-personal  and communication skills
* Awareness of OHS at the workplace
