1. Store Supervisor for Pekanbaru (Code: SS-MDN)
(Riau – Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for sales achievement, stock inventory, shrinkage, and other matters related to the store operation area.


Requirements:

* Male / Female, max. 28 years old
* Height: Male min. 168 cm, Female min. 158 cm, with proportional weight
* Min. Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable University (GPA = 2,75)
* Experience in the same position would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Good appearance, strong analytical, leadership skill & exceptional interpersonal skill
* Willing to work in shift and to be placed in PEKANBARU



2. Store Supervisor for Padang (Code: SS-PDG)
(Sumatera Barat – Padang)

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for sales achievement, stock inventory, shrinkage, and other matters related to the store operation area.


Requirements:

* Male / Female, max. 28 years old
* Height: Male min. 168 cm, Female min. 158 cm, with proportional weight
* Min. Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable University (GPA = 2,75)
* Experience in the same position would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Store Supervisor for Batam (Code: SS-BTM)
(Riau – Batam)

5. Store Designer
(Lippo Karawaci)

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for providing the concept of ‘design look’ & also designing lay out for stores (new store, renovation, & expansion), by concerning the market, management strategy, standard & procedure.


Requirements:

* Male/Female, maximum age 28 years old
* Hold min Bachelor Degree in Architect or Interior Design.
* Minimum 1 years experiences in interior design (preferably in retail industry)
* Advance skill in AutoCAD dan 3Ds Max
* Self-starter, able to thrive in fast paced, detail-oriented.
* Good knowledge of signage and fixtures, good sense of art.
* Strong communication & negotiation skill.
* Willing to travel & to be placed at Lippo Karawaci



6. Store Concept Coordinator (Code: SCC)
(Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 – Architect/Interior Design from reputable University
* Minimum 4 years experiences in interior design, preferable from retail industry
* Advance skill in Auto CAD, 3D Max, Ms. Office and other graphic design programs
* Detail oriented, good knowledge of business concept
* Providing improvement recommendation standard relating to architect, interior, graphic and electrical standard.
* Developing all store facilities standards such lighting, fixture, position, quantity such fitting room & cashier point, block plan etc.
* Proven track record in leading project and team
* Willing to travel, and also to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
