HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Scope of works:

  • To provide human resources related aspects to the Line Managements.

  • As Human Resources Development Directorate point of contact in Jamsostek and Other Holcim Operation in East Java.

  • To preserve employee value preposition by maintaining conducive working environment and employee motivation.

  • Implementations of CLA and Industrial Relation related Policies and Procedures.

  • To identify and analyse CLA implementation impact to operational business decisions/activities including industrial relations issues.

  • To communicate HRD initiatives and directives.

  • Coordinate with related parties to resolve and handling complaint/feedback/request which related to HR issues.


Requirements:

  • Education:  S1 from Eng, Law, Psychology or other  relevant discipline

  • Experience:



  1. Experience with dealing effectively with people at a senior level within an organization

  2. Kknowledge on industrial and labour law.

  3. Having working experience in HR Directorate is preferred.



  • Computer Literate: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes  and SAP User

  • Language: Excellent of  English both oral & written

  • Skill and Qualification    :

  3. Analytical & Conceptual Thinking

  4. Conflict Management skill

Scope of works:

  • Plan, direct, or coordinate compensation and benefits activities and staff of an organization


Requirements:

  • Education    :  Bachelor Degree

  • Experience    :



  1. Min. 2 year in current position

  2. Compensation & Benefit Certification

  3. 3 years experience in compensation and benefits management in medium to large size company, in management or corporate specialist level



  • Computer Literate    : Microsoft office (excel), Lotus Notes  and SAP User

  • Language    : Excellent of  English both oral & written

  • Other qualification    :
