• Implement estimating standards, procedures and methods to compile consistent and comprehensive estimates and proposals
• Prepare / compile major Lump Sum or Target EPC oil and gas project estimates and be responsible for reviewing of estimates
• Understand project and contract requirements to ensure the estimate is in accordance with the contracting strategy. Develop the estimate plan accordingly
• Ensure that estimates are broken down into a suitable Project Cost Structure or Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to support Project Reporting
• Review appropriate sections of proposal to ensure alignment between the estimate and the proposal
• Perform change order estimates
• Assist project controls in transforming the estimates to a project controls tools after contract award
• Communicate the Basis of Estimate to the PMT
• Coordinate the integration and liaisons with the various stakeholders ensuring a consistent flow of information for the development of estimates
